RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organized different types of on campus events ranging from guest lecturers to convocation, graduates and musical nights.
• Invigilation of on and off campus examination and compilation of exams papers and the results keeping full confidence of the privacy policy of the institution.
• Direct dealing with students not only for their queries and complaints but also for their quick rectification by supervising and extracting the best performance by the staff
• Complete administration of 180+rooms on campus residence housing more than 500 students. This included 3 buildings as well as their assets maintenance and repairs.
• Co-ordination with other related departments.( F&E ,Procurement, accounts, etc)
• Documentation and record keeping.
• Not only took care of students day to day needs, which included supervision of laundry, postal and mail services provision of room items, but also kept a close liaison with their parents for their better grooming
• Decision of the requirement of new item and then procurement procedure through LUMS indent system based on MRP & ERP
• Organizing Different college events with M64 government
• Planning, organizing and supervising annual maintenance and coordinating with departments.
