Prepare HSE Deliverables / Plans / Procedures which comprised of Contractor's HSE Plan, Hazard Identification Plan, Traffic Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Enviornmental Impact Assessment, Emergency Response Plan, Incentive and Punitive Program, Equipment Inspection Plan, Heat/Cold Stress Plan, HSE Training Plan, Site Security Plan, Confined Space Entry and Rescue Plan, Fall Protection Plan, Lifting and Rigging Plan, Short-Service Employee Program, Incident Reporting and Investigation Procedure, PPE Need Analysis Plan, Subcontractor Safety Management Program and Work Permit System.
