Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the implementation of education projects within the district, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with local education authorities, schools, and community members to foster positive relationships and support project goals.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement systems to track project progress, assess outcomes, and report on key performance indicators.
Capacity Building: Provide training and support to project staff, teachers, and community members to enhance their capacity in implementing educational initiatives.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage project resources, including budgets, materials, and personnel, to ensure effective project delivery.
Data Analysis: Analyze education-related data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, and use findings to inform project strategies.

Map location of targeted villages in the district and make initial contacts to
introduce the activity as well as identify key informants for Focus Group
Discussions (FGD).
Collect updated demographic data at village level and discuss with local
representatives appropriate planning for conducting FGD to be followed by
enumerators.
Monitor FGDs implementation according to set criteria and tools provided.
Provide support to the enumerators regarding FGD process, key informants
detail and tools in order to ensure required understanding of the process and
information needed.
Together with enumerators, randomly verify information provided by key
informants to ensure the data and information is valid or close to reality.
Ensure daily collection of completed forms from enumerators on as basis for
progress report and revision of planning if needed.
Regularly check the quality of data recorded in the data collection tools/forms,
in terms of clarity and completeness before it is translated and transferred to the
server.
Facilitate the enumerators for submission of data to KOBO server as per
required guidelines.
In coordination with Project Support Assistant, ensure that daily attendance of
enumerators is properly filled and submitted.
Provide regular update to Field Coordinator on issues, progress and challenges
faced by the field team.
Participate in briefings, orientation sessions and trainings as required;

Assist the Project Development Officer (PDO) in the implementation and monitoring of program activities.
Work in coordination with the programming, engineering, M&E team Units and related project stakeholders.
Schedule and participate in planned project site visits, assessing the pace and quality of programming activities and providing written updates to the PDO on a timely basis.
Support the PDO in maintaining CRA-North Project stakeholder relationships within the district
Assist the PDO in the coordination of workshops and public events.
Submit bi-weekly reports to the PDO; while contributing to overall project deliverables as required.
Maintain a clear understanding of the district and its diverse communities, while contributing to the design and implementation of district community resilience requirements.
Report regularly on the implementation environment within the district, presenting information to the PDO on the geographical, cultural, political and security conditions within the district.
Organize and maintain programmatic records and documentation, project databases, field activity records, project correspondence etc., ensuring that these records are available for inclusion in project deliverables and reports as required.
Perform such other related duties as may be assigned
1.Coordinate closely with the district administration Khyber, line departments in district working on agriculture, irrigation, livestock, Health, social welfare, and other areas of relevant to Pakistan Transition initiative (PTI) Program.
2.Maintain coordination with other government line departments such as security services and directorates on day-to-day issues with timely response for smooth implementation of Pakistan Transition initiative (PTI) Program.
3.Liaise with coordinated projects for obtaining the desired data, information, and day to day official business.
4.Develop programmes and projects based on the Country Strategic Plan and area needs.
5.Coordinating all aspects of the programme, including technical support and supervision and the development of effective operational, monitoring, evaluation and reporting plans.
6.Ensuring that the programme is implemented in a consultative, participative and gender sensitive manner.
7.Ensure the programme meets the organisation’s Quality Standards and international Codes of Conduct.
8.Produce high quality reports to submit to MEAL and country office, according to the agreed deadline.
9.Provide support and guidance to programme team in areas of planning, design and implementation by ensuring that technical support is sensitive to socio-cultural background of targeted communities and institutions.
10.Ensure that programmes are implemented, reviewed and evaluated in a consultative and participative manner through regular field visits.
Main responsibilities:
Support to prepare weekly site visit plans in close coordination with local authorities and stakeholders implementing ongoing grants.
Participate in regular visits to project sites to carry out process monitoring as well as taking feedback from the target community about the projects and incorporating their views for improving performance.
Compile comprehensive monitoring reports based on information retrieved from the database and field according to monitoring and reporting templates defined by the Program Management.
Provide feedback to Program Management on the efficacy of monitoring and reporting tools based on experience in the field for improvement.
Assist to coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders implementing ongoing grants to ensure smooth access to project sites.
Identify and document success stories and case studies on extraordinary aspects of the project.
Support the Program Management in the collection of additional information from the field as required.
