• Arranging materials for export, import and local move.
• Conducting weekly meetings with the management.
• Going on the job sites and checking quality control.
• Managing cross training program for all the crew to use different equipments effectively.
• Hiring and training the crew for moving pack-out.
• Coordinating with warehouse and Move Co-coordinators on daily basis.
• Liaise with vendors and clearing agent for transportation and man power.
• Conducting plan meetings with the operation team on daily basis.
• Providing driving services for home search school search and orientation tours to the VIP clients.
• Assisting clients in property handover, Opening bank accounts and other services.
• Assisting Clients in their driving license transfer and registration.
• Assisting clients and internal Move One staff for their medical.

• Vast knowledge about Dubai customs (Jebel Ali port, Dubai Airport Free Zone, Port Rashid, Cargo Village, Emirates Cargo).
• Organize Land Transportation for inbound and outbound. LCL shipments coordinate multi point loading and monitor movements.
