Responsibilities:
Processing and maintaining of daily Cost Sheet. Managed daily operations of the fleet and Monitoring drivers' logbook entries. To check the GST, WHT and others as per PO/Invoice. Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements. Liaising between managers, Engineers and drivers, as well as collaborating with other departments to optimize Transport Services. Creating, sending, and following up on invoices. Reviewing and performing data for reports. Responsible for verification of all payments and receipt against every Invoice. Preparing payments for employees and vehicle Rents to vendors.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing improved transportation administration policies and procedures. Managed daily operations of the fleet and Monitoring drivers' logbook entries. Managing budgets, as well as processing purchase orders and Rental payments. Liaising between managers, Engineers and drivers, as well as collaborating with other departments to optimize Transport Services. Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements. Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions. Track and reconcile bank statements. Support monthly payroll and keep organized records Record accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
