Duties
- Carry out services and maintenance as well as the installation of Home Textile Automation machinery from Parker
(Germany), Magetron (Italy) and SMC Smart MRT (Singapore)
- Assist and guide under supervision Service Engineers and Technicians
- Responsible for Planning and Execution of Installations and Service calls
- Assist Country Manager with Products Sales
- Liaison with Head Office and All Principals
- Preparation of initial layouts for Smart MRT lines

- Installation of Pakistan’s First Magetron Length Hemming and Length Slitting Machines at Al-Karam Towels, Karachi
- Installation of Bangladesh’s First 2 Parker Hauser Cross Cutting and Stacking Machines at BEXIMCO
- Installation of Magetron Length Hemming and Cross Cutting Machine at Arshad Corporation
- Installation of 747 stations of Smart MRT Textile Hanger Systems (SMC) in Pakistan (Gul Ahmed, Yunus Textile, Bismillah,
Mksons, Arshad, Magna, Roomi Fabrics and Gohar Textile)

Duties
- Rectification of faults ( Electrical, Mechanical and instrumentation) in - Corn Flakes Plant (Siemens PLC S7 300, Buhler Twin Screw Extruder, Flaker, Toasting Oven, Conveyors, Feeders,
Packing Machines ) - Porridge Plant (Gelatinizer, Food Roller, Dryer) - Pre Processing Facility (Sifters, Destoner, Pearling, Degerminator, Milling Machines, Elevators)
- Desserts ( Mixers, Powder Filling Machines) - Utilities (Generators, Compressors, Chiller, Boilers 2.5Ton & 5 Ton)
- Ensuring preventive maintenance compliance of all machines according to the plan and preparation of maintenance
schedule in consultation with production department
- Leading team of trained and experienced individuals to provide breakdown support in all relevant production areas by
ensuring efficient and effective manpower utilization
- Recommendation and designing of enhancements for the installed machines, automation of existing manual systems and
process improvement in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Procurement and installation of new equipment and machines
- Supervise the work of all vendors/ contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Preparation of Maintenance budget and Technical store inventory management
