Asalam o ALaikum
I born and brought up in Islamabad. I did my matric 2009 and did my DAE Civil 2012, after working several companies and organization i decided to pursue my education in 2018 and started Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering at Islamabad. By the grace of ALLAH i have completed my Engineering in 2022 with 3.46/4 CGPA. after graduation i started work in Warsi Engineering Services and after that i joined Canteen Store Department as Quantity Surveyor in Consultant Project Department at CSD Head Office. it was a contractual job which was concluded in Oct 2023. Currently i am working with KADIOGLU Global Constructions PVT LTD at Islamabad as Junior Contract Engineering in which My JDs are Rate Analysis, Tendering and Bidding ETC

Junior Contract Engineer
● Coordinate the tender process within the tender team, set deadlines and responsibilities
● Communicate with clients on the tender process
● Communicate internally, prepare for and conduct internal meetings for each bid.
● Reviewing contractual terms and conditions
● Maintaining the administration of the tenders
● Prepare bid bonds if required.
● Review and format draft bids in order to comply with client’s brand guidelines and purchaser requirements.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor
● Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
● Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
● Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Civil Engineer
● Managing parts of construction projects.
● Overseeing building work.
● Undertaking surveys.
● Setting out sites.
● Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
