Regarding Internship, I did Internship as a Marketing Executive in ICSE(International Center for Study Exchanges). I have been working as Teacher Assistant in Faculty of Management Sciences in IIUI. Along with TA ship I worked as Research Assistant in Faculty of Management Sciences in IIUI. I am working with MTBC as Team lead Operations. Its an American multinational firm working in 48 states in USA and in Pakistan. MTBC is a healthcare information technology solution provider that offers to physician practices a comprehensive product portfolio of fully integrated Web EHR, revenue cycle and practice management solutions and other related business services including transcription and data management.
My core responsibilities are:
Supervise the whole team and keep updated of all changes in the rules & regulations of insurance carriers.
Resolve medical claims-related issues of complex nature.
Communicate with clients and with New Jersey (USA) staff regarding practice issues.
To assist manager operation in all billing activities.
To ensure quality, timeliness & accuracy in the entire billing process.
To develop & retain the billing expertise in team members by providing them day-to-day updates of billing techniques.
Highlight and suggest actions to improve the billing process.
Work on the dashboard and resolve these issues proactively and all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
I have been working in PEPSI COLA INTERNATIONAL snacks division as Logistics Coordinator in Agro Department that is the back bone of snacks division.
Responsibilities during the job were: Inventory Management and Inventory control Through Excel and Oracle.
Making of GRN’s (Goods Receipt Note) and PO’s (Purchase Orders).
Issuance of Inventory to Production.
Making of invoices of Farmer(supplier) Payments and Transporter Payments and had a close interaction with Finance in this Regard.
Making and clearance of Cold Storage billing.
Agreement making with Transporters and Farmers and document handling.
Monthly closing and all other matters regarding Logistics.
Fast movement of payments and billings.
During this tenure I, with my team made a control on “Halting” that was a big issue that Organization was facing and cut down Halting charges to very minimum.
