-Responsible of made and maintain Production report daily of
all running articles and maintain Time and Action Plan.
-Doing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) so that quality is
maintained at allowed allowance and further improvements
can be done by using 7 quality tools.
-Also responsible of Time Study, Motion Study, Cost Estimation
and lean projects.
-Re-design Cutting & Stitching Depart using MS Visio.
-Improve Sample Room layout and 5S is implemented by which dyed fabric is sorting easily by merchandisers category.
-Analyst of Time Study & Motion Study of the articles which
helps to achieve production target at right time.
-Calculate Daily Efficiency of floors by using (SAM) and Thread
Consumption.
-Execute 5S audits of different departments so that
departments sustain the audits criteria.
-Execute Lean Manufacturing projects time to time in different
departments regarding energy consumption, labor cost,
stitching operations, stacking problem, floor layout which
increase profit up to 4-6% in terms of man power, productivity.
-Responsible of Cost Estimation of running articles which save
up to 7-10% cost directly of Owners profit
