- Manage the Recruitment process with HR Manager including Job postings on different platforms, short listing, phone screening , scheduling interviews etc
- Providing employees with official forms that may include leave forms etc
- Carrying out the Induction process of new employees
- Maintaining the personal records of employees such as wages , leave and training
- Assist employees with career development and personal problems
- Convey the new policies and procedures to the staff members
- Act as point of contact between employees and administration
- Recommend strategies for employee retention
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- Respond to employees questions about benefits ( for example , number of vacation days they are eligible for )
