Most recently, I served as a District Coordinator for the IHHN, focusing on projects related to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and (PSEA). 2) In collaboration with teams, conduct need assessments and surveys.
3) Maintain close liaison with district counterparts on all technical and operational aspects of the program.
4) In the line with the approved WP and targets develop quarterly and monthly plans and share with program manager.
5) Provide regular feedback to program manager on regular basis.
6) In coordination with the district health authorities, identify & map health facilities/centers at district & community level and ensure these are following SOPs as per the agreed plan.

Coordinate, Support , Supervise and Monitor the Field Teams and activities .
Assess the training needs and conduct in-class and on- site training of the field staff vaccinators LHWs
Conduct Regular verify Immunization visit as per report Submit Daily field report for monitoring purpses
