Support surveillance activities (for AFP and VPI diseases) to ensure achievement/maintenance of certification standards through
Participating in the planning and in the implementation of active surveillance and routine reporting.
Support training activities and supervision of surveillance/support staff in the area of assignment.
Participation in the organization of advocacy/orientation meetings for health care providers.
Ensuring proper case investigations, follow-up and classification.
Regular analysis of surveillance data and monitoring indicators.
Support development and strengthening of routine immunization through.
Participating in the development of microplans for implementation of RED approach and ensure their proper implementation and monitoring.
Coordinate with partners on activities related to routine immunization and ensure community participation.
Timely analysis and interpretation of routine immunization data and its use for corrective action.
Support supplementary immunization activities
Support preparations, implementation and monitoring of supplementary immunization activities including microplanning, training and monitoring

Contribute in strengthening of the development of H. S. infrastructure particularly through training and assist in building national capacity in the area of assignment.

Managing over all staff working at PMDT site

Program planning and implementation and monitoring
• Develop detailed costed yearly implementation plans of the project and ensure its timely implementation
• Ensure that technical guidelines are being followed as per quality assurance bench Marks
• Responsible for effective and efficient implementation of the project and delivering quality
• Seek formal and informal technical expertise from the thematic leads in country office
• Manage the project team professionally and provide on job mentoring for improving performance
• Being a budget holder responsible for financial management of the project
• Ensure that line/technical management is updated with latest information on key developments in the programme and partnerships.
• Make regular visits to the field; carry out process monitoring and provide feedback and support for achieving the desired results in a timely and quality fashion
• Coordinate with MEAL team for proper documentation, data collection and monitoring of project deliverables.
• Timely generate high quality monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, program briefer, presentations, publications and IEC materials, maintain MNCH Project files, MNCH photo-gallery and documentation of success stories from the field.
• Lead data management, supply chain, community mobilization and quality assurance component
• Ensure trainings and other project interventions are well planned and implemented as per DIP.
• Review and improve community mobilization interventions through regular supervision and data analysis and feedback meetings to the concerned staff.
Stakeholders Relationship Management
• Develop linkages with external stakeholders especially department of health and Population Welfare department and relevant line department’s/programs and civil society organizations at district and provincial levels
• Identify gaps in health facility level coordination with DoH teams and promote culture of joint service delivery through a mutually
ct as Project Focal Point in district
Maintain coordination with Deputy Commissioner, District Health Officer, Focal Person MNCH, Population Welfare Officer, Coordinator LHW Program, DSM PPHI, district coordinators of other MCH component partners at district level
Provide supportive supervision and technical assistance to Sub-awardee in planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
Support the sub-awardee in developing the work plan and setting targets
Coordinate with MCHIP Karachi office for seeking guideline and providing update regarding the implementation of work plan
Ensure the timely sharing of work plan / activity calendar by the sub-awardee and Mchip Technical team in district
Ensure data collection and reporting from designated health facilities
Prepare / Compile monthly reports in accordance with work plan
Act as a team leader of district level technical team (Mchip staff) and provide them support in planning and management
Provide Supportive supervision and Process Monitoring of activities at field level in order to ensure the accurate translation of strategies into activities at ground level.
Facilitate the visits by Donor / Mchip partners as and when required by Head Office
Represent the Mchip/Jhpiego at district level at all relevant forums including MMC, DHMPT, DHN, MRM etc
