I am have worked as an Assistant Service Engineer- (Instrumentation & Control)
My Responsibilities includes:
Testing, Installation,commissioning and calibration of DP Transmitters,Temperature Transmitters,Pressure Transmitters,Level Transmitters and flow meters like Electromagnetic, Corolius Mass flow meters, Vertex flow meter, Gas flow meters.
good knowledge of all Process parameters and their applications
Installation and testing of different types of controllers/ Flow Totalizers at different sites
Troubleshooting of different types of Instruments Like Paperless Recorder,DAQ I/O Modules,HMI,PLCs etc
Lab Testing and calibration tasks of different customers
Thermal Mapping of Warehouses and different temperature controlled areas in GSK, Getz Pharma etc

• Repair & troubleshooting of GPS and GSM (G626I) Tracking Devices
• Programming and monitoring of GPS & GSM units
• Maintain record of dispatch details of tracking devices and report to AM.
