I am energetic young man ,have works experience in different organization s especially in SRSP as social organizer ,and have published a research book name impect of increasing pupolation on education and have good communication skill. I have accomplished my responsibilities as Senior Social Organizer at SRSP. I was responsible to carryout field related social activities. I have led social mobilization team of SRSP

Previously, I provided my services as Social Organizer with SRSP. Before joining SRSP, I have worked with Population welfare department Govt of Pakistan as Social Mobilizer where I performed social mobilization focusing on family planning. Working with Population welfare department gave me opportunity to direct interact with community members and provide exposure to understand complex dynamics of government  protocols.

Moreover, my prior engagement with PIPS school Chitral polished me to face young population and aware them on different issues and day to day challenges.

To summarize my professional career, I have hand on experience of conducting and organizing baseline surveys and developing plans, monitoring and evaluation tools, data collection and report writing (monthly, quarterly and annually progress reports. In addition to this, I have facilitated capacity building trainings at local to national level for stakeholder and Community Based Organization.
