As Finance operations Executive my Responsibilities:
• Taking care of billing and reconciliation of company.
• Submission of invoices on customer portals and send them via mail
• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations on weekly basis.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts and cash etc.
• Make sure receipt amount deposit in bank as it received.
• Generate total payment and receipt activity report of company on daily basis.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements of all banks.
