4G LTE Rollout:
Defined and spearheaded baseline parameters mapping for upgraded sites to ensure CSFB and reselections. Examined and supervised E- RAB establishment success rate, CSFB, DL/UL throughput, LTE accessibility KPI’s RRC success rate, and mobility KPIs LTE to UMTS handover success rate and retain KPI E-RAB drop rate.
·         Identified RSRQ, weak RSRP, SINR, and IRATs areas and suggested best optimal recommendations on test logs and network KPI’s.
·         Designed, planned, and executed neighbors for intra RAT, Inter RAT handover, and LTE to UMTS handover.
2G/3G NPM:
Shoulder the responsibility for overseeing VIP call drop analysis by using NetMax tool and executing neighbor audit of assigned clusters on weekly basis to resolve corporate customer complaint. Formulated and maintained CS, PS traffic on 3G, and delaying in 3G to 2G handover based on RSCP level. Handled URA PCH to reduce PS accessibility time, signaling, CC card utilization, DL TCP power rejection, and code rejection for different services.  Assessed 2G/3G KPI’s and optimization of worst cells for assigned clusters to meet monthly MPD targets.
·         Designed UL interference cancellation feature to reduce PS BLER and increase PS Payload.
·         Avoided 3G to 2G reselection ping-pong and increased footprint for 3G in the idle mode.

·         Elevated HSPA Throughput to expand user perception through network redesign and user balancing.
2G Vega Swap (Nokia-ZTE)
·         Examined RF issues, such as DCR, CSSR, HSR, SD & TCH Blocking, UL/DL Quality index, and HO distribution in cluster and offered recommendation to resolve issues in a timely manner.
