Job Description:
Supporting HOD in the development and implementation of evolving internal audit methodology for the organization.
Visits to showrooms, factories, and warehouses for physical audit purposes.
Performing audits through the review of physical and system generated records. Evaluating the level of compliance with established control policies, processes, procedures, standards, laws, and regulations in assigned functional areas/units.
To identify control weaknesses, process improvement opportunities, and initiate workable solutions.
To identify and analyze the causes of uneconomic and inefficient practices in assigned area of responsibility, and to make recommendations on appropriate preventive or remedial actions.
Performing special assignments as directed by higher management.
Executing various internal audit assignments, such as financial accounting, payroll, stock count, freight, manufacturing, and construction in progress, etc.
Forecast future budget needs.
