Finance & Accounts:
• Preparing & maintaining books of accounts viz. journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
• Conducting verification of various books of accounts to detect any possible fraud and ensuring that accounts prepared conform to accounting standards.
• Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company.
Receivable / Payable Management
• Ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated time frame and managing accounts payable within the pre-set parameters & accounting of rejections & reconciliation, etc.
• Preparing and following up bills receivables after invoicing to debtors.
• Conducting ageing analysis with an aim to keep receivables under control & collections of payments, etc.
Taxation / Internal Control:
• Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment, income tax payment Management, GST and filing of tax returns in compliance with the Statutory Tax Laws.
• Coordinating with Auditors and reverting to accounts related issues, finalizing Tax, Audit.
• Evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.
MIS / Budgeting:
• Supervising the budgeting & providing relevant information to management by structuring the MIS for related areas.
• Preparing annual budgets & ensuring effective mobilization of funds.

Fund Management:
