Maintaining the daily status of supply from warehouse to assembly line
 To plan the monthly demand and usage of CKD (Complete Knock Down) parts and Order the required units accordingly
 To maintain the daily status of shortages, defects and damages in warehouse
 Parts and formulate the claim sheets consequently.
 To formulate order plan and calculate the reordering time frame.
 Work closely with replenishment planners to ensure safety stock levels for maintaining  Day to day production.
 To revise standard Bill of material according to new requirements
 To encounter and provide information about engineering changes and technical Specifications of parts.
 Physically present the Problems related to CKD Consignments observed in warehouse or at assembly line to the FAW representative
 To prepare Monthly Meeting Presentation
To prepare Monthly Meeting Report of HCV
 To prepare Monthly Production Report for EDB

Maintenance of equipment for e.g HVAC, Elevators,Generators,Electrical equipments.
 Collecting and keeping a record of daily preventive work order reports.
 Creating Monthly Activity Reports.
 Following up with technicians with on-site issues and break downs.
 Carrying out Gap Analysis at new opening projects.
 Creating Work Load Analysis at existing projects. (Man wise/Class wise/Equipment wise/Hourly based).
