I am working as a Product Officer at a multinational HBL bank. I have done my masters in Business Administration with more focus in the marketing field. I come from a corporate background, which is why i believe i have the research and management skills to develop a product.I have given these presentations in small group settings as well as large- corporate-wide meetings. I am also adept at identifying customer problems- communicating efficiently with them via email- and solving their problems in a way that ensures their satisfaction while earning their continued loyalty and trust and Currently my aim is to make use of my experience and knowledge in a new working environment in order to improve and learn more.
Currently working as a "Product Officer" at HBL Bank and looking after business of Auto and Home loan in consumer banking which include monitoring tasks involved in marketing, sales and production; supporting the product manager in decision making, and ensuring that the quality and strengths of the product are not compromised.
Working as a Product officer i am involved in below mentioned activities:
1) Review and undertake market and competitor review
2) Undertake customer research

6) Participate in the budgetary process
7) Prepare Market and Product Requirements documents
8) Review and report on performance indicators
9) Check the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategies
10)Supervise the production, distribution and inventory of a product and analyze all aspects of marketing and production such as analyzing competitors and statistical reports
Provides centralized customer service to the branches by researching and answering questions from branch employees. Answers questions and provides guidance regarding bank products/services and policies. Serves as a resource to branch employees by responding to questions and conducting basic research about bank operational policies/procedures, and transactions. Completes call tracking and supporting documentation associated with the Branch Support function. May research and address inquiries regarding specific transactions. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area
