1. Manage End User Support (SAP B1/IT)

a) Works under the supervision of SAP B1 Manager for smooth operations of SAP B1 and associated IT infrastructure.
b) Provide end user training about causes and preventive measures for the problem
c) Provide technical support for MIS applications (e.g. SAP B1, Oracle etc.)
d) Configurations of SAP Business One
e) Provide user support for ERP, troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1 technical issues. f) Handling 6 different companies dealing with trading and manufacturing

2. Manage to carry out routine maintenance

a) Manage SAP performance, Backups, Server maintenance, antivirus updates and troubleshooting etc.
b) Carry out variety of projects/activities for ensuring compliance of policies
c) Responsible for Items/BP Master Data entry and keep consolidate it in 6 databases for different entities
d) Designing & Conducting data migration into SAP Business one by SAP’s Data Transfer
Workbench(DTW).
e) Manage and support SAP B1 user security profiles


3. Provide Infrastructure Support

a) Develop and laying out new policies and implementing policies.
b) Develop reports/queries using Crystal Reports in response to business needs for all stakeholders.
c) Create Stored Procedures, UDF/UDT in order to maintain system health checks and
business specific data validations and transactions notifications.
d) Researching, learning and evaluating new software for how they can support SAP.

4. Applications Deployment & Coordination

a) Act as liaison between internal users and ERP partner (Abacus, HCC) support b) Visit or arrange meeting with ERP Partner
c) Provide support/training for the understanding of manuals/documents provided by the
third party
