I am a loyal, talented and caring teacher who loves making a difference in the lives of young children. I am open-minded, patient and supportive towards other people, especially towards children or those who suffer from disabilities. In my previous role as a primary school teacher, I have taught and nurtured more than 100 pupils from all backgrounds, successfully preparing them for the next stages of their young lives.

Maintains the vision and mission of the acadmy
Collaborates with the Administrator and licensed staff to design and align curriculum and formative assessments to Oregon State standards
Develops, delivers, and monitors effects of standards-based lessons aimed at near and longer-term performance objectives
Continuously monitors students’ academic and character education progress and growth. Works with the Administrator to develop a behavior management plan for students and helps monitor the implementation
Planning and coordination of a program and its activities
Ensuring implementation of policies and practices
Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions
Create daily lesson plans and learning activities for students based on national, local and school standards in science education and research and knowledge of developmental behaviors.
Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching, demonstrations and independent practice using a variety of proven methods.
Differentiate lessons when needed to give all students access to the curriculum regardless of disability, instructional level, English proficiency or level of interest in the subject.
Evaluate student performance on tasks established by the standards using different methods such as observation, performance-based tasks or other standard test practices.
Maintain a safe, orderly and supportive classroom by modeling expected behavior and standards, promoting positive interactions and quickly addressing behaviors that are not in line with the school discipline plan.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress, potential and behavior periodically through phone or electronic means and at parent and teacher conferences.
