A social development specialist with 18 years of experience in the field, Mr. Nawaz Janwery has spent 11 of those years implementing and supervising all facets of social protections and social mobilisation in development projects. The majority of his expertise has been spent advocating for the social sustainability of projects and making sure that they have no negative social effects on the surrounding environment and communities. His professional background covered social mobilisation project execution and oversight, environmental and social management framework compliance, gender-sensitive nutrition intervention, water and sanitation projects, and natural resource management, Stakeholders engagement & consultation and managing grievance redress mechanism (GRM).

He is managing the Mother and Child Health Center, 3 Community Health Centers, 16 Community Schools in remote areas, 2 Vocational Centers, and 1 Computer Center in the Program Area and has maintained meaningful coordination with area MNAs, MPAs, Deputy Commissioners, and line departments.
He Had Managed 1400 Community organization also worked along with Income generation grants, Community Investment Funds, Training, Increase Fats and Meat in livestock a Project of Federal government of Pakistan and vaccination, Drip Irrigation System, Health insurance, Child Protection, Family planning, Landless Hares livelihood, emergency response and recovery projects
Lead and oversee the planning and development of the SWEEP Project's environmental, forced relocation, and/or indigenous peoples' safeguard policies and guidelines. To ensure adherence to safeguard policies during Project planning and execution, take the lead and give operational coordination and particular suggestions to the SWEEP Project. Participate in the review, development, and communication of SWEEP's safety guidelines. Support SWEEP's efforts to reduce poverty and promote sustainable development, and offer help as needed with tasks that need the application of safety expertise. Work with all stakeholders directly while adhering to general policies, principles, and objectives.
The main responsibility of the Sr. Manager Mobilization and Disaster Management Programme is to field program Monitoring, implementation, stakeholder outreach, consultation and coordination, community development programming and administration of development assistance, Manage Disaster activities. As District Executive Manager was responsible and implemented Shelter, education, health, water and sanitation, nutrition, livelihood, distribution, and corporate social responsibility projects for overall program management in district Jamshoro and for providing the strategic Social Mobilization direction and implementation & supervision of all social safeguard standards.
