I am holder ofm.phil  Public policy, I have two years of professional experience in social and development including research. This experience predominantly relates to development and social policy research and analysis, designing of medium to large-scale monitoring and evaluation frameworks, technical assistance in program development, design and planning, capacity building, strategic planning and others.

In programme design, I possess skills in identification and development of programmes based on preliminary empirical assessments; design and objective planning; budgeting of inputs; team development, capacity building and training of human resources; support in implementation, programme direction, delivery of outputs and internal quality evaluations, examination of programme outcomes and others. Additionally, in monitoring, evaluation and research, my key skills are associated to designing baseline surveys and assessments in line with selected key performance indicators, simultaneous development of log-frames and performance monitoring plans incorporating objective estimations of program targets, development of monitoring tools for quantitative and qualitative measurements of programme progress and outcomes; capacity building, supervision and sharing of learning with monitoring personnel and other staff; designing and conducting medium to final assessments and evaluations, database management and statistical analysis, reporting and documentation, data presentations and report writing.
