Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement..
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Controlling Motorcycles Allocation to staff (Hand Over to new and Recovery from resigned staff) .
Coordination for bikes maintenance with Unit 4 (Maintenance Department).
Coordination for vehicles maintenance with Unit 4 (Maintenance Department).
Coordination for Bikes Fuel allocation and Deduction for extra usage of petrol.
Marquee Staff residence search and Rent Agreements.
Managing Office Boys Duties (Duty Roaster Management).
Coordination with account department and submitted daily Expenses voucher.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts,
memos and emails.

Looking after Kitchen matters for smooth delivery.

Verify HRMS software attendance of each employee with hard copy attendance and make adjustments if required.

Taking attendance/modification/staff shuffling/managing staff shortages for 25 Branches/ and Reports to Manager HR.
Verifying Documents, Guarantees, compiling data for employee file for further processing and its documentation.
