Assistant Manager Maintenance / Civil Engineer
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, as an Assistant Maintenance Manager to assist in the creation and maintenance of a clean, safe, well-ordered environment to assist as required in the management and performance of routine maintenance to the physical properties of the Factory to offer ongoing orientation and coaching on those projects which one develops knowledge and expertise with during assignment to work as assigned on various maintenance projects across the Various engineering sectors and to communicate clear.
Reports regarding maintenance accomplishments , Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to Assist in the planning, prioritization, scheduling and performance of all required maintenance, including set-up, preparation and clean-up.
Coach and support guests assigned to the maintenance organization in the performance of their daily repair and maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records for any routine repairs and major maintenance projects. Assist in the accomplishment of any maintenance required to safely operate the business and community of organization.
Act on behalf of Director of Maintenance as delegated and take responsibility for large maintenance projects.
Provide accurate information to assist in the development of the maintenance budget.
Participate as work leader for guests assigned to maintenance work programs. Offer coaching, support and good performance.
