Finance & Accounts:
Supervision of Monthly Management Accounts with different Analysis
Supervision of Monthly Staff Payroll
Supervision of Monthly Age Analysis of Receivables
Follow up of Receivables with Customers
Supervision of Utilization of Funds
Supervision of Final Accounts for Audit and Tax Purposes
Preparation of Annual budget based on historical data
Filing of Annual Income Tax Return
Filing of Monthly Sales Tax Returns.
Filing of Monthly withholding Tax Statements Employees/Parties
Supervision of Monthly Bank Reconciliations
Supervision of Daily Payments.
Handling of corporate issues with SECP on and filing of returns.
Supervision of company Logistics Affairs

Projects Management:
Execution of the Project and decision making related to Projects.
Project Planning, Budget Planning, resource Planning
Approval from HOD and Higher Management.
Resource allocation assign for said project.
Coordination and Liaison with the staff of headquarter with site offices/staff.
Record keeping, analyzing and circulating lesson learned within the organization to reduce delay in time, cost estimating and resolving problems/ issues.
Effectively utilization and allocation of project resources to prevent wastage of resources from overlapping and unconcerned jobs.
Support Senior management in decision making by providing correct information related to matter
Prepare forecasts and projections to ensure that all future resource requirements are met within time and available budget.
Accord Approval for the maintenance/ renovation of motor vehicles or other resources available to staff.
Communicate HR policy, JDs, remuneration and benefits to all employees
Ensure all staff must comply defined Job Descriptions
