I was working in MARUSH International a Poultry and Animal Vaccines company which is sole distributors of CEVA Animal health a France based company and HIPRA a Spain based company. I was working as Manager Services since Dec 2011 to June 2018. My work was related to services, Training and development, field force compensations and Assisting Recruitment in company. I Build Number 1 Quality services team in Pakistan with 80 trained vaccinators across the country. I prepared a management research project for Big Bird Food ''Comparing the supply chain and pricing strategies of Branded Poultry Meat Available in Lahore''.
