Store & Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring Regular site work Progress with reports towards meeting the project deliverables and handling the project technicalities and meetings with the client and CMEC.
• Monitoring the Receiving, Arranging, storage and Distribution of materials according to project requirements.
• Planning, Monitoring & Optimizing the Use of Manpower, Machinery and Material at site.
• Estimating and monitoring the Project requirements to meet the project deliverables deadline.
• Preparing Off-loading and Distribution Plans based on Client requirements.
• Preparation of Material Tracking Sheets to track overall Material for each Block/Area separately.
• Supporting Logistics Manager for overall control.
• Co-coordinating with Procurement Team for revising of material quantity for upcoming batches based on project requirements and construction strategy.
• Attending weekly meetings with Client and Procurement Team for update on upcoming deliveries.
• Handling verity of material ranging from Cables (MV, LV, DC, FO) to Mechanical Trackers (more than 100 different types of Items to PV Modules (3.8Million overall quantity)
