·To coordinate with 23 Branches of Kohat District.
·To communicate Instructions from regulatory authorities information, Data Etc between Head office, Regional office and between Branches.
·Monitoring Business development activities of BMS and all sale staff of the district.
·Watching the Branches to ensure compliance of SBP and bank’s own internal controls.
·Yearly, Semi annually, quarterly, monthly and daily reports preparation and submission to Regional office / Head office.
·Facilitate the external & internal auditors.
·Help comply with the Audit Department Code of conduct.
·Any other duty assigned by the Area office/Regional Head Quarters.
·Record, maintain, report, and help resolve staff related issues.
·Engaging in all areas of management, including sales and operational staff.
· Over All View of smooth operations, Meeting arrangements, Conduct Training sessions, Test / Examination Arrangements, Staff Matters, to deal with other internal and outside Delegations Etc are the key responsibilities.

Recruit all personnel, including writing and placing job ads and interviewing.
Maintain department records and reports.
Participate in staff meetings.
Interview and test new candidates, verifying educational qualifications and previous employment record.
Maintain Bank directory and other organizational charts.
Responsible for the interpretation and application of the staff rules, regulations and procedures.
Provide support, guidance and training to personnel staff as required.
Perform other duties as required.
