Performing daily bookkeeping tasks reporting to Senior Manager on timely basis. Recording bills payables. Recording invoices, checks Creating deposits. Performing monthly bank credit cards reconciliation presenting monthly reports to Manager. Performing Sales Purchases reconciliation on monthly basis and presenting sales reports to Manager. Reviewing A/R A/P aging twice a week. Receiving, recording following up with customers for payments. Highlighting critical vendors and making payments (online/credit cards).


Maintain Fixed Asset Register. 


Withholding and Sales tax. 


Accounts Payable. 


Closure of Financial Statement monthly.
