Operations Manager
I am working as Manager Operations. Supervising Operations department. I am achieving my own targets as well as helping business team in achieving targets account opening and completion of account opening formalities with minimum discrepancies and resolving issues related to Head Office. I am managing branch issues, HO reporting. Audit of the Branch (Internal and external Audit as well as SBP). I am also resolving the Audit Objections with in TAT. I am having work experience on windows operating system, with T24 balancing with Oracle software (Coordinating with head office). I was working as an Acting Branch Manager with good portfolio.
Customer Service Manager
I am currently working as Customer Service Manager. I was achieving targets and helping business team for achieving there targets. Helping them to complete the account opening formalities. On merger of BankIslami Pakistan Ltd and KASB Bank LTD. I have been selected as one of the CSMs to supervise a KASB Branch. I was collecting data from a HUB with in TAT and send it to immediate supervisor. My branch scored 2nd position in Service Quality report.
