Job Description:
Ensure the Liability Sales Targets are achieved as set by management.
Establishes strict adherence to sales process flow.
Maintains punctually in attendance of duty and at trainings.
Ensures that problem resolution is at 99% with 3 days TAT.
Will take ownership of their Portfolio and review vis--vis account maintenance.
• Take measures which seek to improve the beneficial impact of loans extended to customers as well as to incorporate lessons of experience into future micro finance and enterprise development credit operations
• Monitoring and Evaluation department will carry out activities which provide managers and unit heads with information needed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of loans, micro finance or enterprise development.
• TO carry out monitoring activities to verify that.
• Credit services have been received by the borrowers.
• The services are having a beneficial impact as expected.
• To Develop routine monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual data collection systems (information to be collected, recording formats, schedules, and who responsible) that record and document observable (both qualitative and quantitative) outputs, outcomes, and impact.
• To Designing Collection, Analysis and Reporting Indicator Framework” in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure that all indicators meet Donor requirements (e.g. are specific, defined, useful, and measurable with project resources) manage the data collection schedules and activities of Information Monitoring & Evaluation Officers and other field staff as necessary,
• Branch is maintaining all the records as specified in the operational manual
• Branch is recovering the recoveries in time and maintaining the recovery record at field level
• Branch is maintaining good, transparent and healthy relationships with its clients
