While working with RSPN as Manager (WASH Projects) and WASH Specialist for different projects i,e. UNICEF’s capacity building (of Implementing Partners) and SCF (Diarrhea Prevention and Control Project).
Developed and implemented social accountability assessment tools under Urban WASH and used Citizen Report Card (CRC) – with a focus on themes: availability, access and use of services; reliability of services; perceptions on water quality; costs incurred by customers; interactions of rights holders with duty bearers; transparency in service provision; satisfaction with services and priority areas for improvement. The study (4 months duration) includes water quality testing at Household and communal level (Government Tube wells and water supply schemes) including private providers with the financial assistance of TAF (The Asia Foundation).
Designed and developed 11 WASH manuals and guiding booklets (in English, Urdu and Sindhi languages) to build the capacity of Unicef Implementing Partners across Pakistan. During 2015 – 2016 reviewed the available guiding booklets and manuals on PATS and developed Urdu, English and Sindhi (languages) training modules, material and manuals, for the following cadres of WASH sector and the The Ministry of Climate Change (MoCC) Pakistan fully endorsed these manuals and guiding booklets and certified PATS Master Trainers (first time in 2014).:

Facilitated and organized ToT for 25 master trainers (5 days ToT at Karachi and 6 at Lahore) in 2016 to further develop the capacity of Unicef’s IPs in implementation of PATS approach.
Built the capacity of following cadres including WASH Master Trainers, CRPs, Social Organizers, Masons, Plumbers, Engineers, Entrepreneurs, Teachers, Government officials (LG&CD, PHED & Education staff on WASH/PATS. These cadres contributed towards 3600 villages declared as Open Defecation Free (ODF) till 2015 while managed Unicef funded Projects (SPSP Rural, 1,2 and PATS plus):

Assessment & Planning: Ensured activities planned by the implementing partners in their operational area at village, union council & Sub-district/Tehsil levels are in accordance with the PRIDE community mobilization strategy and standards and use of information derived from social assessments, the Knowledge, Behavior and Practice (KPC) Survey and other relevant research. Manager will also ensure that activities are aligned with Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) of PRIDE project and meet the implementing partner’s performance delivery targets. Also ensured that Village Health Action Plans (VHAP) are prepared in accordance with the Community Mobilization standards of the PRIDE project and are verified by the full membership of the Village organization and confirmed by the community.
Promotion & Maintenance of Performance Standards for Community Mobilization: Ensured that health forums at the village, health facility, Union Council and Tehsil levels are established and function in accordance with PRIDE Community Mobilization standards.
Representation, Coordination and Facilitation: Actively represented PRIDE in health cluster meetings and coordination meetings convened by the local government, meetings convened at district and project level as a member of Senior Management Team (SMT) and also with elected and appointed representatives of federal, provincial, and local governments, donors, NGOs and projects, and in community forums and coordinated with USAID partner projects, other health and development projects operating at project level and also with the implementing partners to build synergy and avoid duplication.  Served as a senior member of the integrated program teams of health services, health systems and community mobilization. Facilitated the health rights & health services awareness programs, LHW capacity development and coverage improvement programs, the Behavior Change Communication (BCC) program and Small Grants program. 
Training & Capacity Building: ensured coordination and supported capacity building of the implementing partner organizations and IR3 team for to support the implementing partner’s efforts to build community capacity for sustained quality health improvement and community development. Monitoring & Management: Coordinated Research Evaluation and Learning staff in monitoring activities of the implementing partners including participatory social assessment, village organization formation or reactivation, village health action planning, Small Grants Proposal Development, Health Management Committee development and facilitation, operationalization of Union, and Tehsil and District Health Forums. Based on the monitoring meetings conducted with the counterparts to review progress, identify areas where support is needed and provide constructive feedback regarding the standards of the work undertaken, and the measures needed to improve it.
