a) Monitoring and record store items and dispatch of Finish Good to Customer through Adempiere Software and Excel sheet
b) Handle Petty Cash up to Million rupees on daily basis through Excel based reconciliation, approvals and disbursement
c) Manage company’s filling record room
d) Use Adempiere software to record & generate Sales Order, Purchase Order, Material Receipt, Invoices and Payments
e) Procurement / Support of purchasing like MDF Sheets, hardware and general items etc up to Millions of rupees monthly with various vendors like (Amreli Steels Limited, Paki Tex boards Pvt Ltd, Lucky Cement)
f) Taking quotation via mail or phone and follow up venders for timely delivery
g) Responsible to verify and make list of all INVOICES and forward it for payments
h) Using ZKTeco Attendance Management Software for Attendance as well as for making payroll for Labor on weekly basis through Excel Sheet
