Dealing with the IT department to make improvements in university’s software.
Dealing with the accounts department to make sure all the registrations are done efficiently.
Updating instructors and students with different HEC policies.
Entrusted to manage office in supervisor’s absence.
Coordinating with different departments for follow ups.
Handle phone calls, emails and filing different documents.
Managing and coordinating routine administrative tasks and ensure smooth communication.
Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the department’s records and information.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
