• Educate new customers how to shop on Daraz, download the app and place orders.
• Educate and train new sellers on Seller Center and organize Daraz Boot Camps.
• Responsible for managing a team of parcel processors and ensuring timely execution of vendor drop-offs
• To coordinate with DEX riders to make sure all packages are picked and at day end there are zero package at the hubs.
• Keep in constant liaison with City Managers and assist them in daily tasks.
• Manage customer returns as per Daraz SOP.
