Senior Merchandiser (Sourcing)
Gained tremendous amount of experience & exposure working with this iconic global brand. Currently handling core responsibility for diverse product range in Men’s and Kid’s assortment including bottoms and tops in Denim as well as Non denim categories.
Major Responsibilities include:
· Responsible for sourcing market development, managing placement, capacity and product execution across 10+ suppliers worth over US$ 50M each season.
· Managing all quotation process including negotiations, price analysis, consumption etc.
· Initiating and implementing Corrective action plans for KPI improvements based on the data analysis & performance review.
· Managing separate flow for Speed orders top volume products and in-season revisions.
· Provide clarity and input to the line manager and cross functional parties on order status and supplier capabilities.
· Securing all material deals including fabric & components.

Major Responsibilities include:
· Routine correspondence with Target Sourcing Teams on day to day merchandising, production as well as quality related issues.
· Follow up of new development according to concepts and timelines and making sure to achieve submission timelines and accuracy for collection meetings.
· Follow-up on all production related material (color/trim) and samples (fitting /size set / PP) to get approved within timeline.
