·         The incumbent provide technical oversight for all community mobilization activities undertaken by field worker marketing (FWMs) and IRADA community mobilizers.
·         Support the Head of Technical Services Department in operationalizing RHF’s BCC strategy at the grass-root level through field worker marketing (FWMs) and IRADA community mobilizers.
·         Develop training manuals on Participatory Reflection and Analysis (PRA) approaches for community mobilization and health education.
·         Train master trainers on Photo voice and Grassroots Comics Power in Sindh and Punjab province.
·         Train master trainers for PRA in all RHF districts.
·         Make monthly monitoring field visits to ensure compliance of outreach marketing activities with RHF BCC strategy and sound deployment of PRA approaches.

·         Material development, particularly on women’s issues in agriculture, by products of various crops and project proposals for community development.
·         Organize training workshops for concerned stakeholders for their capacity building in regards of community development; arrange discussion dialogues and seminars to high light the issues of farmer’s community.
