Hello! My name is Mahrukh Ajaz and I am HR Associate at LMKR.

As a HR Associate , I am enthusiastic by giving quality of work in achieving company's goals by sharing market intelligence and creating and implementing recruitment strategies revolving around future hiring needs and Talent pool statistics in order to find the best talent available. I keep myself and my team updated by contributing with my knowledge and expertise in the building of 'Best Practices'.
When I'm not working, I like catching up with friends, play and listen to music.
Working closely with various departments and assisting line managers to understand and implement contracts, policies and procedures
• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
• Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
• Preparing employee handbook & reviewing employment contract
• Preparing official documents (Experience letters, employment letter, offer letters, etc.)
• Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
• Proactively managing University and other organization partnerships
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
• Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff.
• Planning Outdoor activities for employees
• Prepare and communicate departmental announcements and employee related communications such as bereavements, holiday announcements, birthdays, employment anniversaries and charity drives
