I was employed in National Database and Registration Authority of Pakistan in 2009. In NADRA my major services were related to issuance of identity cards to citizens of Pakistan. For NADRA I also worked at some national project sites such as Watan Card, Benazir debit card and 2013 election project. I also worked as incharge of mobile data acquisition unit of NADRA; here I have worked for Afghan refugee registration project in 2015. I have also undergone assignment of registering people of war-torn area of Bara belonging to Federally Administrated Tribal Area of Pakistan and I succeeded in processing their request in emergency situation.
It is to mention that i am a qualified Server Administrator and my skills include proficiency in system support, trouble shooting and complaints handling with a special knowledge of IT operations. Have a strong aptitude for learning and also love programming and mathematics. Solved majority of customer’s grievances that were typically handled through NADRA’s business support system. Given raise in salary by chairman of NADRA in 2011 due to good performance. Ranked 4th in final exams while studying at Edwardes College, Peshawar, Pakistan. I was Accepted with Scholarship to GIKI a highly ranked University of Pakistan.
