I ama here managing different areas of Operations Management which are Procurement, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, Utilities Management, Boiler Operations, Recycling Unit Production along with the Inventory/Warehousing Management.
I am leading a team of more than 170 people who work under in my assigned sections including mechanical and electrical workshop. Moreover, my role here also includes supplier management, collaboration with the commercial department and interaction with the Government officials to ensure the functioning of business unit smoothly.

I was responsible to manage all the installed equipment and utilities in a manufacturing unit. My role was specifically focused on project management, maintenance management and Annual Turn Arounds.

I started my career as a Trainee Engineer from Kamal Hosiery Mills and worked there for a period of one year. Over the service period I worked with various disciplines to understand from the existing setup reporting formats, working parameters, processes and their outcomes. Identified and resolved resource, schedule, and technical issues in assigned tasks.
I ended up there as an Assistant Manager Mechanical while I was looking after the maintenance management of installed utilities and equipment along with the others assigned projects.
