概要

Working with different National and Multinational organizations since 1993. I have extensive experience in field working, providing assistance and facilitation in implementing different projects/ programme activities including coordination, interaction with army personnel, civil society and local communities. I have a good reporting ability with a strong endeavor to meet the essential requirements.
During my work experience,
I have promoted medicines and Vaccines.
In another field, I was responsible for all the activities to convince parents to cover all under 5 years children with Polio drops.
In Pharma, my job was to conduct different promotional activities like Presentations, Film shows and Group discussions.
For Vaccines I delivered lectures in schools, Colleges, Haji Camps and Army institutions.
Besides promotion, our another major task at GSK was to handle medical store at Distribution level.
This was inventory maintaining, order of short items to head office, stock in stock out, leakage breakage, expiry, temperature maintenance especially for Vaccines.
In Polio eradication Program, We as UCCSO ( Union Council Communiaction Support Officer) were working in an assigned Union Council to have meetings with Refusal Parents to convince them for their children vaccination with polio drops.
We had meetings with the influencers of Community i.e Elected Councillors, Maliks, Political Leaders, Religious Leaders, Elders of Community, School Principals, Maulvees of Madrassas etc.
We used to arrange Community sessions , School Sessions for awareness.
We used to display Banners and posters in the assigned community.
We used to motivate the parents to vaccinate their children against 10 diseases which comes under EPI Schedule.
We used to give training to Health workers and other stake holders before each polio campaign.
During Campaign, we were giving supportive supervision to the teams to minimize the gaps and to run the campaign smoothly.
