I am determined to become practically apply the theoratical HR knowledge that I have acquired over the years. Also, while viewing my work experiences it becomes evident that I have extensive exposure in the field of HR both on a national and international level and thus, I am a competent contender for the post.
After having completed my Masters in Public Administration from University of Peshawar, I have had the opportunity to work with several reputable organizations within Pakistan, mostly in the capacity of an HR personnel. I have also had the opportunity to work as an HR Coordinator at the Pakistan Embassy Sana’a Yemen for one year. The reason behind my keen interest in such a position was to gain extensive experience in overseas employee evalutions, reviews of school activities annually; multitasking in administrative & project management. I have also had years of widespread experience in the field of training and orientations, which I really value and actively seek to build upon as a career.
During the course of my professional life I have also been responsible for research and development for tracking and reporting requirements as they relate to upcoming employee analysis. I also happen to have a sound knowledge of internet usage, MS office and research related softwares such as SPSS.
I am confident regarding my experience and consider myself to be a determined and hardworking individual that delivers concrete results.I am willing to extend my experience gained in various organizations and therefore look forward to avail an opportunity to progress in the respective department
