Background
I am Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA Hons.) from Institute of Business Administration, University of the Punjab in 2010, followed by an MBA from the same institute.

In the past years I have completed a number of internships successfully at esteemed organizations. After completion of Masters degree, I worked with Nishat Dying and Finishing Mills since May 2012 to Jan 2013 an Export Marketing Officer. After that I started working in Mobilink as Regional Coordinator MFS(Mobicash) till Feb-15 and then as Consumer Engagement Executive in Lahore and Gujranwala region since till October 2016. Currently I am working with Philip Morris International as Area Sales Manager since November 2016.

I am sure that I can perform well in marketing sales because of my abilities like good presentation skills, confident personality, efficient in working in teams, quick learner, consistent, adaptable attitude, able to work under pressure, meeting the deadlines, making new relations and maintaining the existing ones. I believe that all the experience that I have is not only diversified but also what it takes to be what a competitive organization requires from a professional. I have always been measured up to the mark as well as escalated and encouraged by my superiors. I am confident that I will be able to prove myself in the hurdles and challenges professionally.

- To act as the base line execution arm of PMPKL for all Consumer Engagement activities on agreed standards and according to specific brand initiatives in the region assigned.
- Ensure implementation as per the execution brief for all Consumer Engagement activities by coordinating between agencies and field sales force on selection of routes and point of contact for promoters.
- Keep close relations with the contracted promoter and activation agencies. Recruit Brand Ambassador and provide classroom training and OTJ coaching.
- Develop a network of retail/LAMP partners that can help support PMI brand building initiatives.
- Critically evaluate existing and proposed contracts with retail/LAMP venues.
- Ensure quality of visibility at various touch points. Propose and recommend continuous improvements to the infrastructure and liaise with CE specialists to develop solutions that can improve visibility and strictly follow the local Tobacco promotion Laws.
- Organize company and brand events and is responsible of consumer engagement activities. Take notice of upcoming events in the region where CE activities can be executed.
- Timely update the line manager on the feedback of ongoing activities through daily activity report and ensure data integrity.
- Uphold corporate integrity and values. Ensure all Consumer Engagement activities are in accordance with brand objectives and PMPKL/PMI policies & code of conduct, and are within safety and security parameters.
