概要
Currently, I am serving as a Lecturer in HRM at Qurtuba University of Science IT Peshawar, Pakistan. My research interest lies in the field of HRM, leadership, OB, Organizational learning, Leader-Member Exchange relationship (LMX), employee trust, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Organizational Commitment. I posses well developed skills in Quantitative and Qualitative research and have expertise in developing Research and Project proposals and performing Data analysis using SPSS, Stata, AMOS etc.
Previously I worked as an HR Officer and posses the proven ability of getting Jobs done on time and according to specifications. In addition to my academic strength and experience in human resource management, Finance, accounting and management, I also possess well developed managerial and communication skills.
