More than 7 years of working experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Accountability, Information Technology with INGOs and Multi-National Companies in Multiple Cities. Having working experience of Health and Nutrition, WASH, NFI and Livelihood Projects funded by DFID, ECHO, DEC, CIDA, BMZ, Care Canada, Care UK, Care USA, Sindh Govt. and USAID. Having Excellent Analytical problem solving and Interpersonal skills. Taking initiatives and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Support program implementation team/IPs in setting up the M&E and accountability indicators for output/outcomes/impact level in program design.
-Will make sure the IPs are following the methodology of program implementation agreed upon and achieving the indicators set under the parameters set by the humanitarian standards.
-Understand the basic concepts and standards related to the M&E and accountability and quality management in humanitarian services delivery especially Sphere and HAP standards.
-Support manager in ensuring the complaint Response mechanism is in place and properly implemented at all levels.
-Plan and develop the processes for assessing and planning capacity building of MEAL team of implementing partners.
-Work out ways to promote the formal and informal learning at various levels.
-Manage field Data collection processes and assist the IPs to backstop the project\'s field operation in collaboration with gender focal points.

Assist the Project/M&E Manager in establishing Monitoring and Evaluation system to ensure effective implementation of key program/project initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the project activities & response;
Regular sharing field visits plans/reports and give recommendations to improve quality of project interventions
Conduction of researches/assessments (Baseline, Midterm evaluations for Projects)
Effective Data Collection, Cleaning, Analyzing, Project learning and subsequent reporting to line Manager
Lead in Managing the Complaint and Response Mechanism in the assigned areas and make sure that complaints are logged and addressed in professional and timely manner
Lead in Designing Tools/Questionnaires/Checklists in line of Projects Documents
Conduct Field visits to Intervention Areas to Assess progress towards achieving objectives and ensure program compliances
Maintain/Update appropriate Software/Databases in MS-Access and Excel for record keeping of various Programs and projects at regional level
