• Strategies, promotional campaigns, and promotional tools for products that serve to maximize Focus’ exposure to target markets and to generate quality sales leads.
• Generating accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and spreading brand awareness. Planning, managing and executing marketing plans for driving growth of the brand.
• Monitoring the implementation of operational policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of Sales activities.
• Shouldering responsibility to provide timely feedback to the Management regarding activities done with clients.

• Evaluation and management of service providers corporate and non-corporate.
