HVAC INSTALLATION

1st Task During project Engineer was to installed HVAC equipment’s.
 210 RT Absorption Job.
 Preparation of Project BOQ
 Project Drawing, working Drawing, detail drawings.
 M.S Pipe work
 G.I Duct work
 Installation& commissioning of Absorption Chiller.
 Installation & commissioning of Compression Chiller
 Installation & commissioning of Air Handling Unit.
 Installation & commissioning of Cooling Tower.
 Installation & commissioning of Desiccant Type Dehumidifier.
 Installation & commissioning of Centrifugal water circulating pump.
 Installation & commissioning of D.X Refrigerant Dehumidifier.







ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

2nd Task During project Engineer was to provide the new Electrification system for whole HVAC system and production Machinery & lighting system.
• Electrical Distribution system (power & Light).
• Load Calculation of Electrical System.
• Installation of Main Electrical Panel, Power Distribution Boards& Light Distribution Boards.
• Power Electrical wiring & Light electrical wiring.
• Installation & commissioning of Gas Generator Diesel Generator of different Ratings.
• Good knowledge of LTV line & Power factors.

PHARMACEUTICAL MACHINES INSTALLATION

3rd Task during project Engineer was to Installed the Pharmaceutical Machinery of Production Plant.
• Experience of Tablet Section Machines, Liquid Syrup Machines,
• Dry Syrup Machines, Inject able Section Ointment Section.
• Installation of Quality Control equipment.
• Humidity, Temperature, Air Pressure according to the Manufacturing Requirement.
• Experience of Electrical Maintenance & Mechanical Maintenance of Pharmaceutical Machines.




OPERARTIONAL PHASE Since (2009-present)

I was working as a Assistant Manager Maintenance (Operation).performing the job in operation & look after the whol
