* Make sure the talent acquisition activities perform as per plan & budgeted positions in organogram.
* Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars.
* Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
* Develop labor policies & resolve employee disputes & grievances involving employees & management by proceeding disciplinary actions.
